An Act eliminating the motor vehicle excise tax in the fifth and succeeding years.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of Chapter 60A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the figure “10%” after the words “in the fifth and succeeding years” and inserting the word “none”.
