In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to records open to public inspection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of Chapter 66 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
“All records in the custody of the state secretary which are ninety years or older shall be open to public inspection.”
