An Act to promote solar hot water installations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The State Board of Building Regulations and Standards shall hold a public hearing pursuant to G.L. Chapter 30A and Chapter 143, §§94 and 97, to determine whether to amend the Building Code (780 CMR 73) to address applications of solar thermal technology beyond domestic hot water applications to include swimming pool heating, space heating and industrial process heat.
