An Act relative to the Commonwealth’s direct debt.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 60A of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph two by striking the number “1.05” and inserting in place thereof the following number:- “1.00”

SECTION 2: The provisions of this act shall expire five years from the date of its passage, unless otherwise extended, modified or terminated.
