An Act An act to promote private sector job growth and reduce state spending.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 53 of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 18, by striking the figure “$500,000”, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$3,000,000”.

SECTION 2. Section 54 of said chapter 7, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the first sentence of clause (4), in lines 54-56, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

(4) The agency shall prepare a comprehensive realistic written estimate of the costs of regular agency employees’ providing the subject services.
