An Act relative to the protection of propane gas ratepayers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 94 of chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following two paragraphs:-

Any contract or agreement for the sale of propane must be in writing and contain all the terms and conditions for delivery and the amount of fees, charges, surcharges, or penalties allowed by law.
