An Act relative to net metering.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (f) of section 139 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 68, the figure “4”, as inserted by section 5 of chapter 251 of the acts of 2014, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.
SECTION 2. Said subsection (f) of section 139 of chapter 164, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 70, the figure “5”, as inserted by section 6 of chapter 251 of the acts of 2014, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 7.
SECTION 3: Subsection (c) of Section 7 of chapter 251 of the acts of 2014, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the date ‘"March 31, 2015" and inserting in place thereof the following: "June 1, 2015."
