Section 1-BOBBU Law with the consent of the General Court of Massachusetts rules the following elections into law:
a. Consent of the General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its comptroller of the currency and the State treasurer to provide prescribed appropriation funds and applied standard rate of interest to a BOBBU Trust treasury account.
Section 2-BOBBU Trust be provided unused treasury notes by the treasury on an ongoing basis for the following:
a. Trust account appropriation of $1000 per registered utility subscriber for use in the production and delivery of back up power generators applicable to supply back up energy and temporary power source in the event of a black out power loss in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to all resident utility subscribers.
b. $1 billion a year to maintain and administer the commissioner and the administration of the trust account and the emergency power generator program as an appropriation of the BOBBU Law.
c. Trust account standard rate of interest is set at 100% a day of principle balance.
Section 3-BOBBU Law submits for state record the annual report on the number of back up power generators produced, delivered and installed, number of power utility subscribers outstanding or changed, advertising and awareness programs to all power utility subscribers residing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
a. Annual report is recorded and maintained by the office of the commissioner of BOBBU Law and copies of the report are made available to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Joint Committee on Energy and Emergency Response.
b. Additional copies of the annual report are to be made available to the public with consent of the commissioner.
Section 4-Commisioner of the BOBBU Law is an appointed position.
a. transfer of the role of commissioner is a succession by appointment by the acting or current commissioner.
b. all contracts to deliver the appropriate back up power generator resources and relevant commissions to licensed power line subscribers, their power stations, producers and business partners is at the discretion of the commissioner.
