An Act to authorize the voluntary inclusion of certain medical information on drivers licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8D of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end the following sentence:-
The registrar shall make available to persons with diabetes, epilepsy, or other serious illness an indicator to voluntarily display their condition on the back of their Massachusetts issued license or identification card.
