An Act relative to child passenger safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7AA of chapter 90 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting “and be seated in the rear passenger seat of the motor vehicle whenever possible” to the end of the second paragraph.
