An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Norwood as the Thomas J. Kewriga Memorial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Bridge N-25-003 on Morse Street in the Town of Norwood, spanning the Neponset River, shall be designated and known as the “Thomas J. Kewriga Memorial Bridge” in recognition of Thomas J. Kewriga, a beloved resident of Norwood, who passed away on August 1, 2013 and who previously worked as engineer on a project to reconstruct the bridge at issue. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
