An Act prohibiting tolls on the Massachusetts Turnpike.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 6C of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking subsection (18).
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary the department of transportation shall not charge or collect tolls for transit on interstate highway route 90.
