Resolve relative to the reimbursement of Chester Gorski.
Resolved, That for the purpose of reimbursing Major General Chester E. Gorski, Massachusetts Army National Guard, for legal expenses incurred in defending himself in a civil complaint initiated by the then Adjutant General Raymond A. Vezina, and after appropriation has been made therefore, there shall be paid to Major General Gorski the sum of $30,136.94. Said complaint having been subsequently withdrawn and Major General Gorski having acted properly and in good faith as a member of the Massachusetts Militia in submitting complaints regarding activities within the Massachusetts National Guard.
