In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to the Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School District.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to delay implementation of a previous law, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of Section 13 of Chapter 463 of the Acts of 2004 as amended by Chapter 130 of the Acts of 2010 and Chapter 95 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “July 1, 2015” and inserting the following:- “July 1, 2016”.
And further, the second sentence of said Section 13 is hereby amended by striking out the words “July 1, 2015” and inserting the following:- “July 1, 2016”.
