An Act relative to alcohol enforcement equality.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 64 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “license”, in line 3, the following words: - “,cancel his business license and may modify, suspend, revoke, or cancel the total operation of the place of business”.
