An Act relative to constables in the town of Middleborough.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 592 of the Acts of 1920 is hereby amended by striking the section and inserting in place thereof the following new section:

Section 15: The Selectmen may from time to time appoint, for terms not exceeding three years, as many constables as they deem necessary.
