An Act relative to segregated reserve funds in the city of Boston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 17A of chapter 190 of the acts of 1982, as amended by section 7 of chapter 701 of the acts of 1986, is hereby amended by striking out the last paragraph.
Section 2. This act will take effect immediately upon passage.
