An Act relative to the membership of the Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Cleanup Fund Administrative Reuse Board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 8 of Chapter 21J of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “Independent Oil Marketers Association of New England” and inserting the following: “New England Convenience Stores and Energy Marketers Association, Inc.”.
