An Act authorizing the town of Hubbardston to convey a certain parcel of land.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding chapter 30B of the General Laws, but subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of chapter 30B,  the town of Hubbardston may convey a certain parcel of  land, containing 5.09 acres, more or less, located on Ragged Hill Road, shown as assessors map 2, lot 33, and described in a deed recorded with the Worcester district registry of deeds in book 4420, page 244, currently under the care, custody and control of the Board of Selectmen, in exchange for a parcel of land, containing 4.82 acres, more or less, located on Gardner Road, shown as assessors map 5C, lot 125, and described in a deed recorded with the Worcester district registry of deeds in book 42669, page 1, said parcel to be used for general municipal purposes.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
