An Act relative to local public housing authorities access to the dental insurance plan managed by the group insurance commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding Chapter 32A of the General Laws, the Group Insurance Commission shall provide dental insurance benefits to employees of a housing or redevelopment authority upon a vote by its governing body.
