SECTION 1:Â Section 30 of chapter 151A is hereby amended by the following:-
(d) Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection (a), the total benefits an individual who has been locked out of his usual place of employment by his employer may receive shall be extended for so long as such individual remains locked out by his employer, up to 26 times the individual’s benefit rate; provided, that such additional benefits shall be paid to the individual only if such individual has exhausted all rights to regular and extended benefits under this chapter and has no rights to benefits or compensation under this chapter or any other state unemployment compensation law or under federal law.
