An Act relative to the conveyance of certain lands in Stoughton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 242 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended in Section 33 by striking the words “fair market value, shall be made free of interest and shall be payable over a period of not less than 10 years” and replacing it with the following:

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
