An Act Relative to gateway communities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 3A of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition,  is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 139 and 140, the words "below the commonwealth’s average" and inserting in place thereof the following:- at or below the commonwealth’s average plus 1 per cent of the average.
