An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Fall River as the Tom Tetrault Bridge.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a certain bridge in the City of Fall River as the Tom Tetrault Bridge, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Bridge No. is F-02-091(BMF) Golf Club Road over MassDOT Railroad in the City of Fall River shall be designated and known as the Tom Tetrault Bridge, in honor of Tom Tetrault, Head Professional at Fall River Country Club since 1975 and member of the New England Professional Golfers Association Hall of Fame. The division of highways within the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
