An Act designating a certain boat launch area in the town of Pelham as the William E. Pula fishing area.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The boat launch area 1, located at Gate 8 in the town of Pelham, shall be designated and known as the William E. Pula Fishing Area. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
