An Act removing limitations on quality assessment of all charter school proposals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 36A. Paragraph (2) of subsection (i) of said section 89 of said chapter 71, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the second subparagraph.
