An Act regarding spouses as caregivers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 9 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, on line 14, after the words, "requirements of Title XIX," the following “ provided further, spouses shall be permitted to serve as caregivers in the adult foster care and personal care attendant programs.”
