In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to the town of Barre.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the town of Barre is hereby authorized to revoke its acceptance of the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 41, section 108L.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
