An Act to improve the disclaimer requirement for certain political expenditures.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18G of chapter 55 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence:-
If the corporation, group, association or labor union required to make such statement receives contributions or donations from individuals or other entities, but does not disclose the names of all of its donors to the Massachusetts office of Campaign and Political Finance, the statement shall additionally include the following: (name of corporation, group, association or labor union) does not disclose the identity of all of its donors.
