In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to campaign contribution cycles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6A of Chapter 55 as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 5 by striking “calendar year” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “election as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 55”
SECTION 2. Section 7A of Chapter 55 as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by in line 5 by striking “calendar year” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “election as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 55”
SECTION 3. Section 9 of said Chapter 55 as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 4 by striking “calendar year” and inserting in place thereof the following “election as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 55”
