An Act reestablishing the Clean Environment Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 323E the following section:-
Section 323F. There shall be established a fund to be known as the Clean Environment Fund. Amounts deposited in said fund shall be used, subject to appropriation, for programs including but not limited to projects supporting the proper management of solid waste, water resource protection, parkland, urban forestry, air quality and climate protection; provided, however, that no funds shall be used for costs associated with incineration nor any process which disposes of solid waste by combustion or conversion to combustion fuels.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
