An Act relative timber harvester licensing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 46 of chapter 132 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in the third sentence of the first paragraph, the words “on June thirtieth of each year” and inserting in place thereof the words “three years following the anniversary date of the license granted to said applicant”.
