An Act relative to payment of equine boarding fees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2B of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

If a person engaged in the business of operating a stable leases out space for the purpose of boarding equines and the lessee fails to pay the boarding fees for a period of longer than one month, the equine shall become property of the farm.
