An Act relative to traffic laws enforcement by environmental police officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10B of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 2, after the words “laws” the following words:- “, except enforcing traffic laws on the state highway system, metropolitan highway system, the turnpike and turnpike corridor as defined by section 1 of chapter 6C of the General Laws, or any other state or federal highways in the Commonwealth”
