An Act relative to integrated behavioral health care.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 6E of chapter 40J of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 14-16 the sentence, “Amounts credited to the fund shall be expended or applied only with the approval of the executive director of the corporation upon consultation with the health information technology council established under section 2 of chapter 118I of the General Laws.” and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:-  “Amounts credited to the fund shall be expended or applied only with the approval of the executive director of the health policy commission established under section 2(b) of chapter 6D of the General Laws.”
