An Act relative to monthly enrollment for Medicaid beneficiaries.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 118E of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 77 the following new section:-
Section 78. Monthly Enrollment for Medicaid Beneficiaries
The division shall implement monthly enrollment for all MassHealth beneficiaries that are enrolled in a Medicaid managed care organization that has contracted with the Commonwealth to deliver managed care services to eligible MassHealth beneficiaries care enrollees.
