In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to medicare and medicaid benchmarks.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Auditor and the Inspector General shall examine Medicare and Medicaid payments to the commonwealth. The Auditor and Inspector General shall submit their findings to the clerks of the House and Senate and the Senate and House Committees on Ways and Means by December 31, 2015.
