Section 9 of Chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 229, the following words:-
(hh) to develop and administer a policy that requires all public institutions of higher education to provide flexibility in graduation requirements for students diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities , including autism spectrum disorders, who are enrolled in credit bearing classes with the intent of earning a degree.
