An Act to ensure equal access to college course materials for visually impaired students.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 30A of Chapter 69 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:-- 

Provided further in establishing said standards, the Board shall require textbooks and all other source-related materials be made available in both Braille and electronic versions to legally blind students who request them.
