In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to public higher education transfers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, by December 31, 2015, all public institutions of higher education shall permit students to transfer from one public institution of higher education to another without loss of credit.
