An Act to eliminate photo identification on electronic benefit cards.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Paragraph (B) of section 2 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as amended by section 1 of chapter 65 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby amended by striking clause (k).
