An Act to clarify condominium priority liens.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The fourth paragraph of subsection (c) of section 6of chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- For the purposes of this section, priority liens shall mean all 6-month lien periods established in accordance with this section and shall not be limited to a single 6-month lien period, whether or not the lien periods are successive.
