An Act relative to counsel appointed to habitual offender cases.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words, “ homicide cases”, the following:-and cases relative to section 25 of chapter 279
