Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

moves to amend  G.L. c. 266, §§ 37E(b) and (c) by striking "$5,000" and inserting "$10,000" and striking the phrase "two and a half" and inserting "ten"
