An Act relative to vehicular homicide while driving under the influence.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 24G of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is changed by striking the word “fifteen” in line 13 and inserting in place thereof:- “25”.
Section 2. Section 24G of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is changed by striking the figure “15” in line 50 and inserting in place thereof:-“25”.
Section 3. Section 24G of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is changed by striking the words “five thousand” in line 14 and inserting in place thereof:-“ten thousand”
