An Act relative to the criminal history systems board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Chapter 6 of Section 168A of the general laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word justices, the following, "clerk magistrates and assistant clerks".

Section 2. Chapter 276 of Section 100 of the general laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word justices, the following, "clerk magistrates and assistant clerks".
