An Act relative to justices of the peace.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 39 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words "twenty-five dollars” and inserting in place thereof the figure:-  $100.
