An Act relative to indemnification of University of Massachusetts Police.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 9A of Chapter 258 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, in hereby amended by inserting after the words “state police” in lines 2, 8, and 19, the following:- “the police department of the University of Massachusetts”
