An Act relative to the unsealing of records.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 100A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “court," in line 126, the following words:- a victim wishing to obtain information on a sex offense, as defined in section 178C of chapter 6, committed against them when said victim was a juvenile at the time of the offense committed by an offender who was an adult at such time.
