An Act relative to Forest Hills Cemetery.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter fifty-seven of the Acts of Eighteen Hundred and Sixty-eight is hereby amended in line 2 by striking out the words “on the fourth Monday of March in each year”, and inserting in place thereof the words “each year at a date to be established by the trustees”, so that said section 6 reads in its entirety as follows:

“The annual meetings of said corporation shall be held each year at a date to be established by the trustees, at such place in the city of Boston as the trustees shall direct, and notices thereof, signed by the secretary, shall be published in tow or more of the newspapers printed in Boston, at least seven days before the meeting; special meetings may be called by the trustees in the same manner. At all meetings of said corporation a quorum for business shall consist of not less than fifteen members, either present in person or represented by proxy, and any business may be transacted, of which notice shall be given in the advertisements for the meeting, and all questions shall be decided by a majority of the members present and represented, and voting either in person or by proxy.”
